With a decade-long journey in the construction industry, Sophie have honed my skills in various roles specialising in MEP services. Her journey began as an estimator, where she developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of project costs. As an engineer, she applied her technical knowledge to design efficient and effective MEP systems and her role as a project manager has allowed her to oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Some of the notable projects Sophie had the privilege to work on include The Adelphi, Royal Wharf, and The East India Club. In these projects, she was responsible for managing the M&E side on-site, ensuring that all systems were installed and functioning as per the design specifications. Currently, Sophie is the Operations Manager at Cygnus Contracting; this role has allowed her to leverage her strengths in multitasking and organisation, ensuring smooth operations and efficient project delivery.

Sophie has a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth is evident in the multiple qualifications she has pursued and juggled alongside her career. These include Prince2, a HNC, a HND, and project management diplomas. These qualifications have equipped Sophie with a robust theoretical foundation to complement her practical experience.

Outside of her professional life, Sophie is an avid reader with a personal library that is a testament to her love for literature. She also has a passion for cooking and take pride in creating dishes that could rival those of Michelin-starred restaurants.
