Stuart’s journey began in 2003 when he joined Michael J Lonsdale as a Junior Project Engineer. Moving to Project Manager with HS Environmental where his exceptional leadership skills and dedication were evident in many key projects for the company.
Continuing his upward trajectory, Stuart joined AMD Environmental in 2011 as a Contracts Manager. In this role, he effectively managed a team of Project Managers, overseeing project finances, health and safety protocols, and project timelines. Stuart’s contributions were instrumental in driving around 50% of the company’s business turnover.
In 2014, Stuart assumed the position of Technical Services Manager at Virtus Contracts, where he demonstrated expertise in managing Mechanical and Electrical services across the entire organisation. His strategic acumen and leadership qualities propelled him to Director level within six years, earning him a place on the board and ownership of the business.
Throughout his career, Stuart has worked across various sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, and education, tackling numerous listed and heritage projects. Stuart’s significant experience in building services adds a unique dynamic to the main contracting sector, ensuring optimal project outcomes.
Outside of work, Stuart cherishes spending quality time with his children, indulging in his passion for football, gaming, and enjoying well-deserved holidays.
