A full interior and exterior refurbishment of a Victorian 1840’s property located in Hackney, London.
We undertook a complete strip out of all the internal areas back to shell installing new high end finishes throughout. The intention was to retain as many of the original features as possible while adding a modern twist to the space.
Extensive damp remedial works were undertaken to the basement where both rising damp and water ingress was a significant problem. Windows and external walls were refurbished keeping the original features but undertaking a wholesale refurbishment
